最近在做履歷健診時，看到一個候選人Work Experience的寫法讓我嚇了一跳。
這位候選人已經8年沒有找工作，但在同一家公司換過幾個職位，所以每一個職位，他都是用一大段來介紹他的工作內容。這邊的一大段是用寫文章/段落的方式來呈現，非常長且對讀者來說，看得蠻痛苦。
範例：
Over the past five years at xxx Company, I have been responsible for supporting the xxx account with comprehensive order management and customer service functions. In this role, I independently create and maintain accurate quotations, opportunities, and sales orders in the ERP/SAP system, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of information to the customer.
My responsibilities include handling customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels, performing entitlement checks, coordinating service dispatch, and managing parts returns, repairs, and service requests. I also oversee full order-to-delivery processes such as order booking, tracking, updating, changes, and
troubleshooting. Additionally, I monitor and follow up on customer escalations, coordinate part expedites and fulfillment, and support multi-regional teams across similar operational scopes.
正常的寫法應該是使用Bullet point 的方式，把你的工作內容列出來。CV不是用來寫文章，而是使用易懂的方式，讓HR / 面試官快速了解你，快速決定要不要邀請你來面試。
