I am Natalia, and I come from an overseas Chinese background just like many of you — a journey that has shaped my ability to adapt across cultures and navigate diverse environments. Through my experiences studying and working in both Taiwan and abroad, I have gained over 6 years of work experience. I am currently working in the consulting industry in Taiwan, where I focus on talent recruiting. Below are a few highlights from my journey.
