While I am conducting CV consultation, I always recommend a few sites to the candidates. Today, I would like to share them with you guys!
- 104 CV Consultation – Free
Even if you’re not a native Chinese speaker, I believe you can still communicate or read some Chinese. 104 offers free services for job seekers, including a Resume Clinic, career exploration resources, and a career discussion forum. Fortunately, their Resume Clinic also provides English consultation options — you can reach out to Givers, a team that offers services in English.
If you’re a student, you can also attend your school’s Career Expo. These events usually include on-site CV consultation services provided by 104 Giver.

2. Dream on Career – ZH Only
Dream on Career was founded by a group of graduates from NTU’s CTPS program. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping students and recent graduates explore their career paths. They offer free services such as CV consultations, online coffee chats, and mock interviews. Since their Facebook page is only available in Chinese, it’s best to contact them directly to check if any services are available in English.

3. Global Talent Expo – OCAC
To fulfill the President’s vision of innovation and prosperity, and to implement the National Hope Project’s “Investment in Talent” policy—aimed at retaining international talent, sustaining Taiwan’s development momentum, and fostering prosperity—the Overseas Chinese Affairs Council will continue this year (Year 114) to advance the Overseas Chinese Student Employment Counseling Project.
This initiative will establish both a physical employment service center and an online job-matching platform for overseas Chinese students and enterprises. It will offer overseas Chinese students diverse career opportunities, provide insights into industry trends, and help them secure positions where they can fully apply their strengths.

4. Glassdoor
Glassdoor is one of the world’s largest job and recruiting sites. We pride ourselves on making worklife better, together; in fact, it’s our mission. Our company was built on the foundation of increasing workplace transparency. With that in mind, we have developed numerous tools to help job seekers make more informed career decisions.
Our site offers millions of the latest job listings, combined with a growing database of company reviews, CEO approval ratings, salary reports, interview reviews and questions, benefits reviews, office photos, and more. Unlike other job sites, all of the information on our site is shared by those who know a company best – the employees. (from their official site)
Even though it is a U.S.-based site, it can be a very useful tool for those targeting multinational corporations (MNCs), as MNCs typically share similar interview and talent acquisition practices across regions. Variations in their recruitment strategies generally follow the policies and guidelines set by their headquarters.

5. Indeed Career Guide
Indeed Career Guide is another one of my favorite resources. Created by Indeed—the world’s #1 job site and a global leader in job matching and hiring, operating in over 60 countries—it offers a wealth of information for job seekers, including resume writing, interview preparation, salary guides, and career development advice.
